Returns

Sabinajewerly.com will accept items for return, exchange for store credit only within 10 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please contact info@sabinajewelry.com for a return authorization number. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will gladly exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered; however, you are responsible for the price differences plus return shipping. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value. Sabina Jewelry does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Sale items are non-returnable.

If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused. Sabina Jewelry does not accept responsibility for return items that do not have an authorization number issues by Sabina Jewelry.

REPAIR POLICY

We will happily repair any item purchased through sabinajewelry.com free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Items purchased over 6 months ago are subject to a repair and shipping fee. Fee is contingent upon the nature of repair and availability of material. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased and is subject to their individual store policy. Repairs will not be accepted without a repair authorization number. Please contact info@sabinajewelry.com for a repair authorization number.

MODIFYING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in stone choice, metal choice, or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Additional fees may apply to change orders.  Please make those requests in writing to info@sabinajewelry.com
