It is very important to us that we make our customers happy, so we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not wholeheartedly satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn items within 10 days. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Please pack your return in its original box and use a padded mailer for shipping. Sabina Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit so we always suggest insuring your items. Once the return is processed, the method of payment used to purchase will be credited for the merchandise amount.
We will gladly exchange gifts that are not quite right for any item of equal or lesser value no problem! If you pick out a piece of greater value, all you have to do is pay the difference and all newly incurred shipping charges.
Custom orders are not available for returns and all sales are final.
In order to obtain a return authorization number, a written request must first be made via email to: email@example.com.
We strive to make our pieces with the highest craftsmanship, however sometimes stuff happens. It is our hope that you enjoy your Sabina Jewelry for as long as humanly possible! Therefore we are happy to offer repairs on craftsmanship errors free of charge for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. This unfortunately does not include items that have been damaged due to owner misuse or negligence.
The charge for repairs after 60 days from purchase date will vary and be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will calculate a cost for you. Please keep in mind that repairs are subject to material/stone availability. We will do everything we can to find the materials/stones we need but sometimes it is not possible or a repair is not possible due to the nature of the break.
All shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased and is subject to their individual store policy. Repairs will not be accepted without a repair authorization number. Please contact email@example.com for a repair authorization number.
MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in stone choice, metal choice, or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Additional fees may apply to change orders. Please make those requests in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
