How Fast Do Orders Ship?

We will begin working on processing your order as soon as we can. Some of my pieces are only made when ordered, or require some finishing touches.

Most pieces usually ship in 1 - 3 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 7 business days.

Once the items ship, there are three options for shipping speeds (see below).

What Shipping Options Are There?

Sabina Jewelry will always process, package, and hand your order to the shipper as fast as we can. In addition, we offer 3 different shipping classes with faster delivery times.

  1. Our basic Economy Shipping method uses USPS Ground Advantage.
  2. Our Standard Shipping method will arrive in 3 days or fewer after being shipped.
  3. Our Express Shipping method will arrive in 2 or or fewer days after being shipped.

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges, no questions asked. Read our full policy here.

In short: we want you to be happy and therefore have a return policy that allows you feel confident in your purchase. You have 10 days from package arrival to start your exchange, and it can all be done very easily through the self-service system. All you'll need is is the email or phone number you used when placing the order.

Are there exceptions to your return policy if I'm buying something as a gift?

No problem. We request that you simply attach and order note for your purchase by clicking the "ADD ORDER NOTE" link once your cart is ready. Let us know what the date is of the occasion, as well as the recipient's name. That way we can be as helpful as possible in case they reach out to us looking for help.

How do I start an exchange?

To begin your exchange, you'll need to follow the instructions on our return policy page. Once you've used your email to access your order history, if you are within the eligible window for an exchange, you'll be able to complete that process, including selecting a new item or different size. Any price difference will either be paid or refunded as store credit during this process.
