Sabina Jewelry Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Terms of Service
Sabina Jewelry is a small-batch jewelry brand designed and crafted in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our wholesale program is available to approved stockists who align with our commitment to thoughtful design, quality materials and support of small batch makers.
Becoming a Stockist
Our Wholesale program is open to retailers with a brick and mortar location. Once an application is reviewed and approved you will receive an email with instructions of how to access our online wholesale portal to be able to order directly from our website or through Faire (https://www.faire.com/direct/sabinajewelry) All opening orders must meet the benchmark of $600 and reorder minimum of $325.
We Look For:
- An Active retail presence (brick-and-mortar or direct e-commerce)
- A Resale License
- A complimentary mix of brands in your shop. Bonus points if they align with our aesthetic and price point preferences.
Selling Policies
- Products must be listed at or above our MSRP at the time of purchase.
- Products must not be sold on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay or any other third party platforms.
- Items may not be sold at pop-up markets of any kind or resale groups.
Shipping & Turnaround
- We ship from our Steamboat Springs Studio
- Orders typically ship in 5-10 business days depending on the size of your order. Please note that orders placed during peak seasons, shipping/processing times may increase due to our small team and handcrafted made to order items.
- Shipping is a flat fee of $18 which will be priority shipping through USPS. It will also include insurance up to $300. If you wish to increase the speed or insurance rate, please email us directly after placing your order.
- If an order is returned to us (refused, undeliverable, etc.), a 20% restocking fee will apply unless you pay for re-shipment.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays. Please plan accordingly when ordering for specific events or holidays.
Returns & Damaged Items
All wholesale orders are final sale. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your delivery.
Include:
- Your name and business name
- Photos of any damage or missing items
- Photos of any damage to the shipping box if applicable.
We will 100% work with you to make it right!
We do not offer repair services at this time.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend wholesale accounts who violate our terms or misrepresent our brand. We value long term partnerships and mutual trust and aim to build shared success with each of our stockists.
